Another one of the things that you shouldn’t have too much or too little of.

.

To use you have to know. To know you have to understand. But that’s not enough, you gotta remember what was the thing you understood.

That’s why simplifications and mnemonics work. If you want to be knowledgeable about a broad topic, and you want to keep this working knowledge over time, they’re a must.

Peruse the channel and see if there’s more you like. If you have a topic recommendation, feel free to use the comment section or find me @lucasplaining.

Thank you for the well-organized explanation. It will help me understand better what I'm dealing with.

Thank you for this well organized and easy to explain a presentation! I am currently dealing with erythrocytosis from being on testosterone replacement therapy. There seems to be mixed advice within this community regarding whether or not these slightly raised hematocrit/hemoglobin levels need to be addressed through phlebotomies, or if it is as innocuous as a raised H/H would be in those living at elevation or some other secondary reason. While this video doesn’t address that specific cause, it does make the whole subject easier to comprehend. Thank you again!

Thank you for this well organized presentation. I’m 64 and my levels are at 47.3. Can this be related to sleep apnea?😢
