Cool, I was surprised by the way you did the orange and teal look, thought you'd just use split toning :D

I'd just completely remove the last part (retouching), lightroom really isn't meant for that and even your "after" photo looks much much worse than the original (desaturated plastic look). I mean, the tips you gave are ok for complete amateurs, but the last one shouldn't be used even by them, it just makes the photo look worse, regardless of what they think. Also, FS isn't used in high end portrait retouching and actually using FS will get you banned from certain retouching groups. I'd tag Natalia Taffarel, but youtube comments suck, so I can't. :, (
