CA Intermediate is the most difficult level in CA exam | Why so ?

CA course is not simple. all three levels have their own challenge, but there is one level which is more challenging than the others. Which one is it and how to clear it ?

I cleared my CA Inter in the July 2021 attempt and here is my take on this topic. When students enter the Intermediate level, most of them are unequipped. The gulf between the 12th exams or CPT/CA Foundation is huge and for the first few months, CA Inter hits hard like a rock. It takes a while for many students to find whether they belong here or not, for some it takes even longer (maybe a few attempts). Secondly, there is always a nagging thought of the 'alternate option if CA doesn't work out' always somewhere in the back of the head which makes the judgement clouded and puts added pressure on a naïve 19-20 year-old. Also, another main reason why CA Inter becomes the most difficult to clear is because of lack of proper guidance. In the past before the pen-drive classes became mainstream, some of the satellite classes faculties were absolutely terrible which did irreparable damage to the careers of thousands of students. All in all, in a nutshell, most students make CA Inter more difficult than it needs to be. Most of the times, it isn't even their fault entirely, but the kind of teachers you meet in life, the kind of guidance you get makes a huge impact in the long run. I personally have experienced this.

Just a point of view but I think CA Final becomes the most difficult as at that time we get most of the responsibilities.. family pressure .. age factor and not in touch of studies for exams for few yrs and getting practical exposure making it little hard to get to study life instantly ... As compared to ipcc as we are in good flow in studies in 12th cpt and instantly in ipcc but there is a time gap in CA Final so there is a more mental pressure other than studies when in CA Final.

I completely agree with u sir after foundation ca intermediate is likely to be difficult since syllabus becomes too vast as compared to foundation and time is likely to be so short but in final we prepare ourselves nd get an idea that ca final will be how much tough resultantly we prepare our mind for preparation of final exam
