Relieving neck pain and tension and bringing comfort into your neck are about changing a relationship between your neck and all other parts, and improving the whole, and a relationship with your body, yourself!
When you realize that you need to experience your bodies as interconnected whole, you will start to understand your neck as a part of the whole and understand how your deep habitual movement patterns contribute to your neck conditions and understand how you can truly improve your neck for the first time as you get to the root of the problem for the first time!

Thank you!! Your recent video on this has been very helful and I am paying attention to my habitual tensions and correcting it. It's insane, it's no wonder my nervous system has been struggling for years. Shaky hands is a problem.
