In the last meeting, actually my group did the presentation learning vocabulary through Duolingo. Actually, I did not expect that my group will be the one that present about that topic. I still felt nervous despite I already prepared our materials well. But after that, I was so happy because my friends interesting in paying attention toward our presentation. I used Vegas pro to edit our video. Honestly, using Duolingo can help us to learn English vocabulary especially for elementary school, because in Duolingo it provides the picture and the name of it. Besides, I also know other application to learn vocabulary is Megoosh, it also good to learn vocabulary like IELTS and TOEFL. So, using technology for learning vocabulary is indeed recommended.

Okay, this morning my friends and I were attending TELL class and we were going to present our presentation about what the application we used for teaching vocabulary. The first group that will present was I don't really know or I mean I forget what group was that, the only thing I remember is a group which using Canva for their presentation. after that, all of us watched them and actually their group using the application named Magos (if i'm not mistaken) for teaching vocabulary to the students and that was good. After watched them present their presentation and Mam Sarah called our group which will be presenting next, then of course we came forward. Shortly, I think our group were having a good presentation today. Why can I say like that? Ya it's because we have good comments, feedback, and also our friends in the class were having fun and happy to see our presentation that we presented in a format video, ya of course it's different from others. That wasn't also like that, we made it in more detail and also unique, maybe? Ya and I think we deserve it because as we did before and we were working totally for that I think. Oh I forget to tell you that we're using the application for teaching vocabulary named Duolingo. I think only that i gotta say. Very well.

In the last meeting of TELL class, we learned about ‘Technology for Teaching Vocabulary’. As usual we attended TELL class but there is no explanation from Mrs. Ratu Sarah because she will choose 2 group to present the material/app for teaching vovabulary itself. The first group presented using Canva and their group using the application named Magos for teaching vocabulary to the students and that was good but Magos also has weaknesses, they said that it’s too easy for some students. After watched them present their presentation then Mrs. Ratu Sarah called our group which will be the next group to come forward. We use Duolingo as the app. Actually, our group didn’t explain too much because we showed it in the videos which we have done. We have good comments, feedback, and also our friends in the class were having fun and happy to see our presentation. It’s good, I mean our efforts were paid out. That’s all from me, thanks.

Today we have presentation for our group project,
Our group talked about the use of duolingo in the classroom;
How to use it, the advantages and disadvantages and also
We explained about the implication of this apps in the teaching learning process.
Actually, Mrs.Ratu only choose 2 groups to do the presentation, she want to know
What the apps that we use to serve the presentation.
Honestly, I have a feeling for that, when we present it every body in the class just watch our video, after that in the questions-answer section lutfi ask us to show how the teacher use it in the classroo he asked me to imagine that I'm a teacher and everybody in the class is students in the middle school. Thanks anyway for that question, because if we want to know how effective in this case duolingo apps we should try to use it for the real example. Overall I love this class.
