Dont just get sold on the space which the unit provides. Think about the exit strategy in future - when the lease runs down, who is going to buy? When one turns old and cannot climb the stairs, what happens? Buy at 1million. Are u able to sell at 1.2 million 10 years time when the lease is left with 40 plus years? Think again.

how did they calculate to negative sale? if they are the first owners, this will only be max around 300K 30years ago?

$1million?? Serious😮... way away above the valuation. Probably $880k. How to factor the interest?? You cannot live for free, right??? The owner isnt very realistic.
