Here is how you could make aloe vera gel and store it for 6-7 months (more than a year if frozen properly) or even more.

Put those pieces of aloevera in a bowl of water and keep it for sometime.. So that the yellow substance oozes out.. It will be more usefull

If you are using a peeler, peel off the side that is curved outward and not the one that is curved inward. Easy peeling

You can scrape out the gel with comb also.. The finer the comb the more smooth gel you will get
