fun fact: its is actually MORE likely P.B is a GIRL than a BOY. Why? in season 1, there were 16 contestants. and the genders (not counting paintbrush) were:
Male: Bomb, O.J, Paper, Pickle, Knife, Nickel, Baseball and Balloon (8)
Female: Bow, Lightbulb, Apple, Marshmallow, Salt, Pepper and Taco. (7)
To balance the genders (which most object shows do), paintbrush needs to be a girl.
