These things are a treat to shoot with the revolver, one shot anywhere stops them in their tracks. Also if you hate ranged enemies and play driller, use the range overclocks. Just remember to take the fear mods to keep the bugs off you.

These things aren’t threatening until a bulk detonator spawns. Then getting webbed is practically a death sentence.

In haz 4 and especially in haz 5, if these things spawn as random mini-swarms, it is your duty to shoot every single one of them, elsewise when the actual swarm comes in, you're in for a REALLY bad time.
