Where to Grade Sports Cards (PSA vs BGS vs SGC)

Since April, PSA/Collectors Universe has added over 100 new employees to its workforce. PSA President Steve Sloan’s monthly update to customers announces the suspension of Value, Regular and Express service levels.
BGS, SGC, and other grading companies are still offering services at affordable values, but it's taking months to even a year to receive cards back.
In this video, I compare the design of a few grading slabs and give me opinion on what to submit and buy in the current market. Overall, I still give the edge to Beckett BGS since they have a clean slab, offer information on subgrades, and have reasonably priced services that come back within a few months.
If you are looking to buy and sell or flip, PSA is the way to go. Submit your well centered cards to BGS at hopes of hitting a BGS 10 or BGS 10 Black Label, which are worth more than PSA 10s.
And if you like a certain card and want to buy it for cheap in a graded case, look for an SGC version of that card because it will be cheaper than any counterpart and have the exact card you want. You can also crack the case open physically and re submit it to PSA or BGS if you feel the need to. Be careful tho because it is not guaranteed you will get the grade you desire.
