High #protein, easy to make, chocolate chia pudding? Yes please. This is one of my favorite #healthyrecipes to whip up during the week that satisfies that sweet tooth!

Makes 1 serving
1 ripe banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
splash of almond milk (or milk of choice)

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency.

Pour into serving dish and place in fridge. Let chill for at least 25min. Serve cold as is or top with fresh fruit! #yum

Heather, I just want to say how much I appreciate that you’re always dressed like a normal person when you do kitchen/recipe videos. It annoys me when others feel like they have to always be half naked in the kitchen (like we already know they have abs if we watch their workouts 🙄).

The fact that you don’t feel you need to be half naked while making your smoothie makes you all the more beautiful to me.

And to clarify…This isn’t a jealousy issue…I have a fit body myself, but I don’t feel the need to show it off all the time for attention.

Lol for a second I was like, this is a very familiar voice. And then the memories of all the hiit sessions came flooding hahah. Have not seen a food content by Heather until this one so it was quite a surprise

I’m going to try this. I make a brownie treat with similar ingredients. I use 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup warm water, 1 tsp peanut butter. Microwave in microwave safe bowl for 30 second or until outside starts to puff. The center will be gooey and pudding-like.

Peanut butter and chocolate...the best combo. sounds delicious. My husband would like this minus the banana! (Though I'd sneak it in and he probably wouldn't notice if I add enough pb and chocolate 🤫😆
