Im glad I was watching this in the privacy of my own home - I probably looked as thirsty as all those women judges!🤣🤣...seriously, though, 'Mt Everest aint got shit on me...' the strength in those words alone considering that Ukraine isnt backing down. This performance was poignant - strong yet graceful, protest but beautiful and a powerful declaration of the spirit of the Ukrainian people.... ❤️❤️❤️

That core strength and control are phenominal. The amount of experience and conditioning it takes to make it look that effortless are unbelievalbe. I love that aerial performances like this are getting so much more respect since there's so much work and creativity that goes into the art be it pole, trapeze, lyra, hammock, or silks. My personal favorite is aerial silk hammock since it works so well with dance choreography but this suspended pole was so creative.
