In Poland, we have a school from 7.30 to 14.45 (but I leave the school earlier (14.40) to catch the bus to Rondo Mogilskie, where I have an interchange with direct tram to my home in a flat).

Most schools in Australia actually start from 9 am till 3:30

I am from India, my school timings is 8 am to 7 pm where school ends at 5 pm and they conduct special classes for 2 hours sometimes they extend upto 8:30 pm to improve grades. If we have test which will be conducted morning. So we have to be in school at 7:30 am.

Chinese students have a total of 3 hours break during the day. Two hours between 12 and 2 and one hour between 5 and 6. They go back to school from 6 pm to 8 pm to do homework or private study. Well that is mainly in private schools. I have seen students going to classes in public government run schools at 6 pm but they usually have weekends free.
