I used the tip and my grades in the next quarter went from 95/99/93/98/100/100/99 to 100/100/98/100/100/100/98 so I've made an improvement in most classes!

Most important thing while preparing is
1. Prepare a topic after seeing it's previous year questions.
2. Keep revising while learning.
3. While learning write down short notes (points-wise).
4. Keep in mind how you'd structure the answer if topic's asked & write that in short notes.
5. If a topic is tough & conzuming lot of time, break it down first into small blocks of information. Make points out those block. Study only those points.
6. Revise from short notes.
