How to clamp any angle

I had to clamp an odd angle for a project. So in the video, I share how I did this. I show you two versions of a jig to clamp any angle while glueing a timber joint.

I don't want to be critical, but your setup doesn't provide any force to bring the two legs of the angle together. You need a force to push the two legs into each other. As you apply clamping pressure on the clamp, if anything you will be pushing the two legs of the angle apart.

Your jigs and this video make no sense, the clamping force should be perpendicular to the glue line, not parallel. You want to press the two pieces of wood together. You literally ended up with gaps everywhere in both cases.

Any ideas for small box glueups that can't have an inside block. Where all 4 sides can be glued up at once.

Personally I wouldn't have synonymised 'any angle clamp' with one-off/bespoke/per angle jigs. But that's just me.
