That looks excellent. Looking forward to next Spring.

Beautiful! It looks a lot different than the riding I’m used to in British Columbia! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Just found this. Up there next week and now I know where I'll spend at least one day! Might try it in both directions if wind (or lack of it) permits.

Loved it - I'm guessing your bike services will cost a bit more at Criterium bike shop now as pay back 😂 🚲

Fantastic ride... great trails and stunning scenery. No idea it was SO beautiful there. Another one for the bucket list then!

Brilliant video I done it the opposite way, that climb at the start must of been so difficult, I remember going down it thinking I was so relieved I was going this direction and not having to climb it.

The look on Paul's face! 🤣 Also, the comparison of doing the route on an MTB vs a gravel bike is really handy. I'm starting to rethink my attachment to my old MTB... Hmmmm...🤔

That looks like cracking route. I did a ride starting from the Clatteringshaws area earlier this year which was a great ride and give me a flavour of the area so I'll be heading back to try your one.👍

Even though it’s on my doorstep I’ve only cycled in that area a few times and mostly road but now I’ve got the GBike I’ll probably go for a spin on that route though it’s not as pretty as Gravelfoyle😉
As an ex-MTB and total roady I would agree gravel is a lot tougher than road it’s not as easy to maintain a high speed and to be honest I would say you do more climbing on gravel as you can’t just edit your route so easy to avoid the steeper climbs. I’ve great respect for anyone that races gravel.
As for e-bike range the knack is to only use assist when you absolutely need to (faster fitness lol) or carry a spare battery if you need it all the time to avoid battery anxiety😉

You should have called at White Laggan Bothy, you must have gone right past it.

We question, I take it Criterium bike shop is a Trek dealer?
