Not gonna lie, but one of the most attractive features is an oven. So much of what I cook uses an oven that I can't imagine living without it.

Judges score: 7.5/10. This is certainly an odd property. So many floors and an awkward layout. Living room feels like it's underground. Has an oven, which is rare. But no chop chop so no shop shop. This place is just a little too much.

Apartment-chan showing us an Interesting unit. I really like how big all the rooms and kitchen are, but I find the layout very strange 🤔🤨. I don't like that to access the cabin you have to go through a small door. Let's see how judge-sensei scores this one.

I'd love to see a longer video showing more about this property.
But from what I have seen, I'd definitely buy this if I could afford it. Unless the wet areas are an utter disaster.

I think I'd swap the storage as the living room vice versa 🤔 Really love that mini cottage on the top~ ❤ The rest looked like an ex-restaurant tho? 😮

It does not make sense that the next floor down is only for storage and the last floor is a living room.
The storage area is gorgeous, and matches the dining and kitchen area. The living room is plain and industrial, exactly like a store room.
It is a lot of house for $3.5 million US. But a bit confusing and the room patio is dirty looking.
