The best thing about T4 is that it’s not quite as overcrowded as T3 and T2. Other than that it’s way below the best International standards. T5 is the best and it’s already looking a bit dated.

T4 airside - what a dump. No seating anywhere. Not cos it's full - threis just NO FECKING SEATING until you get airside.

Top tip. Do not go to the VIP lounge at Terminal 4. It's definitely not worth the money. Disgusting food, tap water instead of bottled water, the bartender was rude and soda water was out of stock. I highly recommend going to one of the bars and eat and drink there.
