I started a project with my Kawasaki (K)MX 125 A/B from 1996 which I bought for a fair trade.
It had a broken engine so I decided to uprade it to a KMX 200 and give it a couple of modifications.

This is the first part of my video documentation and it's showing what happened so far after about 80 working hours PLUS countless hours researching and finding parts.

For example these things are already done:

- powder coating misc parts (frame, swingarm, forks, rims, hubs...)
- new saddle
- coating fuel tank (inside and outside) and new cap and valve
- speedo from KMX 200
- new keys
- new gaiters (yellow)
- WWS (Kleeblatt) stainless steel spokes
- metal gear brake discs
- Mitas Rockrider MC 23
- Air box tuning
- new fork springs (Wirth, progressive)
- Wilbers rearshock (special product)
- Magura HC 1
- MX 200 engine block
- reworked 200cc barrel
- KMX 200 exhaust
........

There is still a lot to do, so stay tuned more videos will come up soon.

If you have questions just put them in the comments or look out for me at facebook.

And 'Thank you' to everybody who helped me so far.
