Can building be done this fast and smoothly on console?

2022 version: place a stair + 3 walls. If he manages to escape: place a cone and floor, double edit, place a stair. When he counters you: Do a prorected high ground retake, quadrupple edit his counter piece control and make sure he runs out of mats before you. If he is a bot: Edit trough the side of the right wall, place a cone, open the wall and do a protected peek shot. Make sure to do it in less than 150 milliseconds or he might headshot you with his sniper.
