😋😋 I came here for the jackfruit which looked so tasty, but those noodles with mince and egg looked scrumptuous 😋 Only ever tried deepfried squid which I find chewy but not sure how that squid would feel...will have to try eggs n nuts!

Nice going guys, will watch more of your vids soon 👍🏽

Chili Pan Mee is similar to TeoChew Noodles. I would recommend to get some Musang King Durian as well aside from the Jackfruit. They pretty much using two pots to made and pour their tea and coffee back and forth and also added evaporated milk/sweetened condensed milk altogether. I can now see the differences between Malaysian Hokkien Mee compare to the Singaporean because their Hokkien Mee used two types of vermicelli/egg noodles mixed with mung sprout, shrimps, and lots of scramble eggs. I don't think he add any fruits at all in the Rojak. The last hot claypot chicken rice definitely my favorite in this video. Most of claypot rice I had usually provided a small bowl of soy sauce to poured on top of its meat/rice, but they don't have to since the entire pot already covered with the sauce itself. I would also recommend Char Kuay Teow & Nasi Lemak as one of their international dish, etc. and I think they'll do another video.

There's two type of rojak; the one you eat is Mee rojak, the other one is fruit rojak.

To be honest...our neighbour singapore likes to tell foreigners they have the best food or the food is original. So all the cable news in the world believe them. But we know the truth. Most of singapore's food are malaysian food. The only difference is the use of soy sauce is not favourable down south due to a gov policy i think. The only thing i know which is original there is the singapore rice noodle or we call it singapore mee hoon. Even their famed hainanese chicken rice, we have it here long before aunty liz in london made it to michelin star. We have a humour here, next they will tell foreigners they have great durians. They import from malaysia.
