I was homeless for 14 months, having lost everything and nearly everyone I loved, the worst by far being my dear, sweet, joyful, loving, devoted dog Biscuit. (I still haven't recovered from that, and as long as this earth stands I never will.) All I can say is that in the beginning I was not a Christian, and by the end I absolutely was. That end was four years ago, and I've only grown more certain of Christ and more grounded on the Rock ever since. I needed to lose all the worldly noice in order to hear the silent voice of God, calling me home. And as for my good little Biscuit, I know she'll be there to welcome me, as she always used to do.

"bolts of electrical running through your body" yeah that's the holy spirit I feel it from time to time. I remember when I was so worried about some friends in Turkey after that huge recent earthquake...and in my head I was saying " I hope they are still alive and nothing happened to them" I suddenly felt this electrical or twinkling touch on my hands, And heard a voice in my conscience saying "They are okay My child, do not worry" and a few days later they replied to my message saying nothing happened to them they are okay.

I can totally relate. Everyone has their own unique relationship with Jesus Christ. The presence of the Lord is real and the effects are different for everyone. I'm 6'2" 230lbs and when the Lord comes close to me I cry like a baby. Praise God the love of Jesus is truly amazing.

I always asked God, what he should do for me… (and he did so much for me!) but never thought to first ask what I could do for him! Propably, that‘s why I‘ve never heard his voice talking to me..🤔?

When we calm ourselves in the midst of this world's noises/anxieties, we will hear the Lord clearer and to listen to Him.

Kings 19:11-13
"The Lord said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord is about to pass by.”
Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave."

“My sheep know my voice” That verse really hit hard and brought a new meaning to me…I have to be able to sieve through all the confusing noises, voices.. that are not from him. 🙏 your videos are encouraging.

3:26 At the most random moments when I'm in a public place, I sometimes hear a voice and a feeling to talk to a stranger. I had no clue it was God's voice. But I tend to struggle talking to new people, as I don't talk much. And I do nothing about it, then later regret not doing anything about it. I pray next time I get this feeling, I'll talk to them. I pray for courage.

I don't remember if I had heard God speak before, but I do know I have felt the Holy Spirit. I was in a prayer group at the time. I feel blessed and given peace for that moment.
