MASSIVE Update to this AMAZING Star Wars Fan-Game!

🔶 Star Wars: Redemption, is a fan-made Star Wars game we discussed earlier this week on EcksToo. Today we have HUGE updates

Seriously, it's really hard to wrap my head around the idea that this project is simply fan-made. The game is set in the Clone Wars, and follows a Jedi called Maveen, that is secretly disguising as a Clone Trooper post Order 66. The game features all sorts of ships such as the Venator and Lucrehulk, all of which are completely boardable and traversable. As well as lucious worlds like Geonosis and a new planet, Lumberia! 3D platforming, gorgeous worlds, outstanding animation, flying simulator and more. This game does all of it! It looks like it's been plucked out of an episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series!

I'm surprised this game is still getting updates. Galaxy in Turmoil got Cease-and-Desist orders pretty fast. I half wonder if they're going to let them get ALMOST finished and THEN shut them down as a warning to others: we'll let you waste years of your life before shutting you down.

Love that the dev’s back to this game! Especially love how space combat looks. The only issue I’ve got with it is that the weapons of the starfighters are too fast at firing. They look more like a constant laser beam (like from Star Trek) than the bolt-style that weapons that Star Wars is known for. Other than that, it looks beautiful. Ground-wise, the game also looks great! Other than a bit of polishing and stuff, it looks awesome. The only minor issue I have is a stylistic one from the dev: the floating lightsabers. It’s really minor, but it kind of bothers me that they’re floating. I know it won’t be the case for every animation, but it’s just a tad odd for me to see and experience. I doubt it’ll affect gameplay or any enjoyment I might get out of it though. I’m really looking forward to seeing a demo for the game in the future and, assuming there isn’t a cease and desist order filed, a full game.

But almost no chances for that.
