A worthy successor to the NERF STRYFE.

Another year, another NERF N-Strike Elite Stryfe remake... except this one, for once, is actually good! The NERF Elite 2.0 Wild Edition Stormcharge is another magazine fed semi-automatic flyhweel blaster that doesn't do anything new in terms of performance, but it's aesthetics (and more importantly ergonomics) are miles ahead of virtually anything Hasbro usually puts out. An immaculate grip, foregrip, and mag release really puts the Stormcharge into it's own category, making it possibly the first Stryfe clone in years actually worth the effort of developing parts for it.

Really curious to hear your thoughts about the idea of paying for basically the same blaster in a potentially more comfortable, more appealing shape.

Finally Hasbro Is starting a Little rise from the ashes of their brand, their start with the motoblitz took off and if they keep going like this they might manage to get back the love they lost

For those of you who want to take apart the blaster, the light blue grip pads are clipped into place so you will want to get a spudger or similar tool to take them off. Nice video.

I'd say that the only thing the stryfe has over this is the easier time you'll have holstering a stryfe without cutting things and the fact that it's been around for years so there's more parts for it.

the ergonomics of this look like a Stryfe wearing a Rapidstrike's clothes. The sloped "carry handle", the peephole sight, the blue color.

I can definitely see the appeal, it'll be cool to see the 3d printed accessories/aesthetic kits people make for these. I'm not the biggest fan of flywheelers since I can never use them around my horde of dogs (they don't like the noise of them spinning up), but I'm sure these will be a popular choice for stock and modders alike.

It's nice to see a Stryfe successor actually come from Nerf

I think that Hasbro will actually have to keep this blaster on the shelf for a long time to determine whether or not it becomes the next Stryfe. Because we have seen this before where we get excited for a Stryfe like blaster and then it sort of fades into obscurity due to availability. The Stryfe sort of just has the status of being THE semi auto flywheeler. It's been reasonably readily available for a decade now. I'm not sure if any blaster can take that top dog status away from it.

I bought one of these a few days after it hit shelves at my local Walmart. mostly because I saw it as the new Stryfe but also because i love warhammer 40k and the chunky look of it without the stock or barrel and cutoff looking front reminds me alot of a Bolt pistol.

I was very excited for it because it looked more comfortable AND I really love the Wild Edition colors. I always wanted a Stryfe with a built in foregrip. The sight is useless of course, but I’m still gonna throw something on the top rail. Hoping for some cage/flywheel kits for it. Now, we just need the Longstrike reshelled in Wild Edition.

In the coming weeks, I bet there will be plenty of videos on the internals, to see if anything can be done with the Stormchaser, kits and so forth. Great Video, thank you for making it and sharing it with everyone.

A truly comfortable ergo is the one which you don't hate after using it for 6 hrs straight.

Even if you already have a Stryfe, buy this, buy it, vote with your money and show Hasbro that we want blasters like this. Blasters that are well made, a good price, and look great

Since it's basically a Nerf stryfe, but in a new shell, hopefully, it will gain traction and get the same level of modding both visually and internally add the Nerf stryfe did

I really like the aesthetic of this and the moto, hoping we get a 'rifle' and 'shotgun' in the thought line!
