Can Simon Survive A 400-Mile Ultra Race?

Simon is at it again, this time taking on an amazing 400-mile (640km) ultra endurance challenge... on gravel!! Further East is an epic road and gravel race in the beautiful east of England and is Si's toughest challenge to date. Tested to his limits, will he be able to make it through this extraordinary ultra event?

Crying while utterly ruined and exhausted but still going, still pushing, still moving forward. I felt that. Nothing like being absolutely terrified nauseous starting something you don't think you can finish, and then finishing it.
One of the things I found most amazing is after 350+ miles Si was able to eat crisps with his mouth closed. On longer rides I can't keep my mouth closed for anything. My mother would be appalled...but I've just got to breathe round the food.
