Top 5 best ever for sure. I was growing up in Phil era.. I was 11 when he won his first ever MrO 2011 all way to 2017 and 2018 it was clear he was done with it. But he got 2nd place so he was really one of the best ever.

Weather you like him or not he definitely one of the greatest!! If you win 7 times you definitely doing something right.. sure it’s a whole lot of politics absolutely.. but to be honest Phil was a great role model for the young ones out there !

Some of the greatest arms you’ve ever seen in bodybuilding and even still today. A lot of bodybuilders when they get off the gear you see their bodies shrink tremendously but that’s just not the case with Phil Heath. Why? If you truly know Phil Heath then you’d know that even in his basketball days, he was naturally buff and that’s why he is called the gift. Naturally talented in bodybuilding.
