100% agree! My carpentry boss thinks hand nailing is THE only way to nail shingles because he thinks all gun nailers blow through the shingles. I told him that clearly he’s never used a Bostitch before. Those shingles can be baked in the sun all day on a 90 degree sunny day, and a Bostitch set on 1 smashed hard into the shingle will still not even come close to oversetting the nail. Only roofing gun I’ll ever use!

Dewault has it, feels like a bostich but it’s even lighter. I have every brand and the dewault grew on me and is now my favorite

Ryobi makes the same thing for a fraction of the cost. I use it on the job site every day. 2-1/2 years now with no problems.
