Exploring Specialty Coffee shops (11) Nagare Coffee in London , UK

A specialty coffee shop that you'll genuinely love spending time to visit

[Background] Before I start writing anything, thank you team Nagare , who offered the time and opportunities for filming. I am very glad to see there's another great specialty coffee shop opening in the UK, central of London. With the attention of details (to all the parts), cosy vibe and regular coffee event, you just can't resist the atmosphere.

[Coffee - Pour over] As I have been there couple times, I managed to try lots of coffees. One of my favourite ones is an Ethiopian washed, roasted by Market Lane coffee Australia. It has notes of ginger lily, grape and apricot. I love this coffee so much as it shows a representative floral coffee character.

Another pour over I have tried is Ecuador special process Typica Mejorado . Its is very sweet with berries flavours, silky body, which is roasted by Sweven Coffee. Ecuador coffee is one of my most recent favourite production countries due to the floral notes and the texture of it.

[Coffee - Espresso] The model of espresso machine has drawn my attention, it's a La Marzocco GB5 X, a traditional Italian model with the latest technology that you can play with brewing parameters. I had a house SOE thats roasted by curve, with notes of raisin , caramel and breakfast tea. It's one of my favourite espresso since I am in the UK, as it does not only has medium body and lots of sweetness, but also full of flavours. Living in the UK has occasionally changed my preference of espresso , I really enjoyed this non-light roast espresso.

一間用心留意所有細節既精品咖啡店

係開始之前，先多謝Nagare Coffee既Chun同埋Dora比機會我係舖入面拍片。認真講，佢地舖所有既Present都兼顧到好完滿，由每一杯飲品既出品，到擺設(218)、裝修同文字表達上都感覺到佢地果份熱情同用心。當你入到去佢地舖時，會先比佢地既氣氛包圍，不論你係買外賣定係舖頭入，都可以享受到果份佢地對出品既用心。我分別同朋友去左幾次，總共飲左最少四杯啡。

首先講下手沖，我個人覺得最好飲既都係market lane ethiopia washed，因為佢有種好典型既薑花香同杏桃風味，係我一直以來既第一位。第二杯係Sweven coffee 既 Ecuador special process Typica Mejorado ，除左有複雜既莓味之外，仲有Silky body同花香，

另外house espresso係curve coffee colombia washed，佢地隻非淺炒既咖啡非常之好飲，除左有medium body同提子甜味之外，仲有純朱古力味。不論你直接飲espresso定配奶啡都一流。

最後必定要提既係佢地用既工具同傢俬，由twenty one from eight uk設計，另外咖啡杯同碟分別係1616 Arita Japan同埋Kinto，全部既鋪排令人覺得想再拜會佢地既咖啡店。
