Thanks Eric for a fantastic teaching video. I haven't done any 3D printing but you have shown me how to rectify solid geometry problems that seem to mysteriously happen from time to time.

This was incredibly useful for me as I work very close with production designers.

Whomever edited the video has done very good job too ;)

Really handy in parts, especially the plugins! Thanks!! However, many users based at home studios, are still using 2017 Make, as it's free, rather than the costly pro-2019. In this case, layout isn't an option, rather scenes and styles give a better outcome for exporting a graphic.

Nice, Eric.
I model at 1000x scale with the units set to metres. Export a 50m cube to STL and Cura, and out pops a 50mm cube.

Thank you, Eric, for another video with great tips.
I think you can add the tip that you gave me at the 3D basecamp 2018 on how to export 3d modeling from SketchUp and to get curve lines inside of Cad programs like Autocad.
Hope to see you again in the next 3D basecamp in Vancouver.

Would be nice if somebody make a video abut Top tips for building for Second Life, considerating not only people that have full pro version (paid) but those who, like me, still use free versions and don't have access to many extensions

Great video. Thanks. Is the fabber plugin different from importing vectors from sketchup in v-carve? I use SU2019 V-carve only imports 2018 or earlier so will try it with fabber.

"You can change dimensions, maybe we do a little bit more normal here"

I was hoping you'd go for metric...
