Chicken
2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
1 cup Greek yogurt
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp coriander powder
1 Tbsp cumin powder
2 tsp cardamon powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp olive oil
juice of one lemon
2 tsp salt

Tzatziki
1 cup plain yogurt
1 English cucumber, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin

Other ingredients
Flatbread
red onion
tomato
lettuce

Pre heat oven to 400f

In a bowl, add yogurt, garlic, coriander, cumin, cardamon, chili powder. onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Add your chicken thighs and mix well. On sheet tray, add one halved onion. Place skewers in each half. Then place your chicken thighs on the skewers and put in the oven. Roast for about 1 hour or until fully cooked.

In a bowl, add yogurt, cucumber, garlic, cilantro, cumin and salt. Mix well and set aside.

On a flatbread, add some of your sliced chicken, chopped tomatoes, sliced onion, lettuce and tzatziki. Enjoy!
