Very straight forward and clear as usual. I think i made my mind up on this baby, we need to start dating lol,
i was a little afraid with the drivers and latency issues (i'm still on moutain lion)
But like you know what' been interesting is combining both my summing box and
my api lunch box and trhe ssl xrack through wich i count give 30 ins outs needed...
It even leaving with my 1-2 to monitor life couln't ever be better !!!

and like you said if i do the maths, nothing on the market can compete with such level of quality over price point, it's the way to go i'm sure now... Thanks a million times for this review

Nice review I'm considering this with a dangerous 2bus LT, I also have the 6 slot Api Lunchbox with additional full rack analog gear which I insert in pro tools, my question is about monitoring, are you monitoring from the D-Box DA or the Orion? I'm planning to patch a stereo compressor on the lunchbox will I still be able to insert this gear and can I use the orion software as my monitoring fader?

I have a a problem whit the drivers . Do You have any problem whit ir? I use PC and Mac and i have te same problem using protools

But you need a pre amp to run Microphones, which will raise the cost I would like any comments or help, I was going to get the Orion 32 but when I found out I now need to purchase preamps to run 32 microphones I was pretty sad $$$ can you shed some light on the total package, I would appreciate it please. I have a question. I just ordered the Orion 32. I know it doesn't have headphone outs or dedicated monitor outs, so would I be able to use my profire 2626 along with it for this purpose? Is there another workaround? Thanks.

Let me get this straight... I can use the O32 as an interface w/o preamps or hp amps, right? The routing and integration with any DAW is basically the same? Thanks for sharing!

So if I'm getting this right, are you locked to 32 channels regardless of direction? For instance, I can't do 32 DA aswell as 32 AD ?

Nice setup man, I use to have the profire 2626 as well now I'm rocking the rme ufx and the dbox and its been insanely rock solid stable! I've been interested in the orion as well because its 32 channels in one rack space and because I would like to expand my analog summing to 16 or 24 channels. How's the buffer on this how low and high can you go? An also I see you have the profire still in your setup so what clock are you using orions or external?
