I went from being 100 % plant based for almost eight years straigt to carnivore, eating 2 pounds of meat a day. No problems at all. Just positive feedback from my body. After four weeks I had some fruits and vegtetables and then my stomach was painful af. Went from five big rounds at the toilet every day as a vegan to just two small trips a week as a carnivore. I cant believe I only ate plants for eight years. Life is so much better now!

Groundbeef, Chuck steak and rib eye are my favourites.

Hi! Great video. You give so much useful information in a clear and concise manner. I’m 5.5 weeks on keto. I was vegan for 10 years and had two weeks of horrible keto flu but finally made it to the other side. Contemplating carnivore at some point. I feel so much better. Thank you!

Adding sardines and makarel helped me, because grass fed beef is so expensive here. Just because of omega3, otherwise grain fed beef is good, too.

Dairy is my weakness I'm trying to overcome. I chug so much milk.

I love that you tube just interrupted with a dog food commercial when you said ‘get your favourite cut of meat’. (I can’t believe they are adding plants to cat and dog food. Just for the money I guess.)

I personally don't believe that adults should be eating dairy at all, not even carnivores. I have found that whenever I included dairy I start having carb cravings again even though I am careful to ensure I am only getting the zero carb cheese. The only people that it would probably make sense for are those that come into carnivore severely underweight, such as vegans. But once they heal and get back to a healthy weight they should probably drop dairy too.

Wow! Never knew about dairy being addictive. Thank you so much for the information. I knew drinking kefir was better than milk. 😊

I dont eat carnivore to lose weight i eat carnivore to stay healthy, if i gain muscle thats a plus i guess, im 55 years old and i guess a middle class citizen who me and my wife are the providers for our family, i eat carnivore to be a funtional person who can provide for his family, i work 6 days a week, 8 to 12 hour shifts, i dont eat grassfed, i eat store bought grain fed cause thats what i can afford, its working for me, i know this stuff isnt that good but its affordable and better then the other 60, 000 stuff they sell in the grocery store, meat, eggs, salt, pork, some chicken, no grassfed, no issues .i ate liver and did not enjoy it one bit, so thats off the menu, i bought some organ meat capsules, so i take those.

I’ve also fallen off the wagon lots of times. Generally I just fast for 24 hours or longer. Seems to help. Warning: the cravings do come back with even a bit of sugar.

I transferred very slowly about 6 months with no issues or side effects... but I'm English so obviously still drink tea 😁

PLEASE TRANSITION SLOWLY.

Taking 6-8 weeks to slowly transition your diet can avoid a lot of the “keto flu”, diarrhea, and other potential problems.

Try not to shock your system.

I have been a weight lifter for 30 years. I have eaten about 100 g of protein. That is no issues. The salt and fat are a huge issue. In fact I will not add salt to synth uh ing anymore because I want to throw out my food. So gross. I am not eating sticks of butter either

Tried to post a comment three times, and Gulag Google deleted it.

I’m an exception because I still need my LMNT electrolytes three months into carnivore. I guess being morbidly obese means that it will take a lot more time for my body to get into a healthy state.

One extremely important and overlooked thing for (some) complete beginners other than electrolytes that also affects the keto flu and that can make or break you are *temporary enzymes. Some people can just start eating a ton of fat and barely feel any issues, but I felt zero improvements for half a month, I had barely enough energy to walk, I felt sleepy for entire days, horrible brain fog and I got diarrhеa almost every day even 2 weeks into it despite taking all the electrolytes, salt, high fat and caloric surplus, but when I started taking cheap generic enzymes I completely changed in just two days. I had equal, if not more energy than before the switch, I got sustained energy, clear mind, no need to sleep during day and even my motivation raised...and that's while I'm still not even a quarter of the way adapted. Your own enzymes will increase as time goes by, but they can be a life saver to take as a temporary crutch.

I beat my carb cravings with fried pork fat - pork fat that’s been boiled then fried, salt added - it’s a delicacy. 😂😂

A few that I know don’t share that high energy. They say the opposite especially at the gym
