Thank you. The python didn't attacked the young alligator but remain near by and returned to check up on the gator from time to time... More on the subject in my next video upload.

The reason is Florida's subtropical climate in which species such as pythons can thrive...

Again, python can only survive in a subtropical climate (Florida). They will simply freeze to death during the winter season in any other State here in the US.

Why not Texas, Alabama, southern calif, New Mexico, Lousiana but only Florida ? there are so many TV programs in Animal planets, NGC that talks about coping with Gator & python problems in Florida ?

I don't know why people think caused a handle a dozen of snakes mean think they a pro
