The memento archetype is basically old monsters in their dead/corrupted form. Interesting archetype and hopefully it brings more classic old vanilla monsters to its arsenal.

The set fatigue is real... Rarity collection ruled and this feels more like a legendary duelist in terms of hype.

I like the look of some of the archetypes in here but rarity collection was just too much fun to open, I don’t think anything will beat that for me for a while…

The idea of the name, Mementotlan, is pretty cool. A little mixture of Latin (memento - remember) and Aztec mythology (Mictlan is the Underworld)...and the artworks match with the idea itself. As You, Ruxin pointed out with the Goblin. The creatures look like they came from the Underworld and their bodies have pieces of fossils...Keep their pieces, remember them and they will join you from the Underworld in your battle.

The Mementos are cool in concept. They're all based on old vanillas like Dark Blade, Tri-Horned Dragon, Key Mace, Goblin Calligrapher, and a few others.

i really like the mementotlans artworks, being references to classic YGO monsters like tri-horn dragon

Well the pack art is cool. It is unique that they put quarter century rare into this - at least makes the chase slightly more valuable

Memento archetype looks sweet. tri-horned dragon is one of my all time favourite old skool cards

The Mementotlan cards are cool in this set, and I'd definitely like a reprint or two of Call of the Haunted and Terraforming. Fatigue is real though, would rather have Rarity Collection.

I loved the Centurion cards from the Valiant Smashers Booster box. It's based on the anime that I like and it's a two-card combo to Calamity lock

It's a middle of the ground set for me. Just interested in the Centurion archetype specifically Centur-Ion Legatia.

Some of the Valiant Smashers have done well in Japan, the new Horus cards from AGOV do well with Centurion for instance.

I was excited going into this set because I like all the archetypes for some reason or another (neat art and novel ideas in Mementotlan and Vaalmonica) and I was super stoked for Centur-ion because big silly mecha anime theme. Finding out Centur-ion is half the UR slots basically took all the wind out of my sails though, maybe if I can find some cheap boxes I'll try for the awesome looking CR Legatia!
