Two men who formed part of a 'baying mob' that forced three Romanians from their car and left another BMW driver 'fearing for his life' have been handed the harshest jail sentences yet by a judge.

John Honey, 25, and David Wilkinson, 48, were sentenced on Friday after forming part of an "angry" mob that left one driver "fearing for his life".

Appearing in Hull Crown Court, the judge handed Wilkinson a six year jail term - the harshest sentence to be handed down so far as part of the riots.

Matthew Wright is joined by columnist John Burn-Murdoch and gender identity expert Dr Stephen Whitehead to discuss why so many 'disenfranchised men' turn to the far-right.

Conservative = Keep things as they are. Some validity of course: Keep your language, your culture, your local school, town hall, library, land etc. Nobody wants to lose those.
Progressive = Change what's wrong, expand what you've got: Amend faults with language, culture, education, public policy, reading lists, land distribution etc. Of course those who are discriminated against by the current set-up want change, which includes women, minorities, and used to include the 'working class', before the divisive propaganda managed to get everyone arguing their share was being taken away by... other minority groups! The right wing is the most hilarious (and dangerous) as they want both to go back to their perception of a golden age, yet want things to change as they feel marginalised. This contradiction cannot be satisfied.

My thoughts instantly went to men rallying against their perceived loss of power, some just can't deal with women's independence which results in men's loss of control.
Most men have no issue but there are definitely men out there who are outraged.
