Hello Montina, I have a few questions. I just started my business pressure washing business, I am a sole proprietor, and I work from home. I was wondering if I could qualify for a DBE CERTIFICATION? If not, do you have any recommendations that could get me pointed in the right direction?

So I know they look at contracts, but I’m a new business and don’t have any contracts yet as I just received my Class A . Does not effect interview outcome .
