I think a good way for them to pace the film, in order for it to not grow tiresome with being isolated to one small continuous location, would be to intersperse the events in the submarine with flashbacks and memories of what led up to Mark's character ending up in the Iron Lung.

hmm… one of my biggest worries, is how we’re actually gonna get info from mark. if he’s just gonna be monologuing, or we hear his thoughts, or he narrates, i’m scared it’ll come off realllyyyy cheesy (and very show-not-tell-y). that’s the struggle of a movie revolving around a lone character.

Predictions: Mark is starring, i assume it’ll be a very claustrophobia centered movie, whilst also worldbuilding the game a lot. like i feel it’ll immerse us and make it seem like we’re the main character trapped there rather than Mark, i suppose. also soob + bigG going to see this too?

I just desperately want a scene where all the audio cuts out as Mark realizes he’s been left alone to die, screaming in silenced anger and horror as the camera pulls out, showing off the dark ocean around him, and how truly hopeless he is.

The iron lung movie (as far as I’m aware) is an indie film. No corporate influence or business motivations, just a crew, Mark, and David. Mark is a very good director who’s tackled his own challenges like multiple timelines with A heist and in space with Markiplier. So a minuscule set is going to be no problem for mark.

As the character loses his mind, he should write down his philosophies and illustrate sightings, slowly and surely getting messier and eerier, until it's just violent scribbles.

Hey, i love your channel, but remember about the big fish on the game? He doesent apear much on the game, so they can make him horrific at the movie, remember he is the antagonist, they can do like jaws, where we dont see the shark most of the times, and combined with that you said, it can be an awesome psicologic horror movie, and the fear of the submarine implode is terrific too :D

I keep rewatching his playthriugh imagining what they could do with the movie. A cool laid back character cracking jokes slowly losing his morale and sanity as there no one laughing with him? A submarine captain turned convict who pretends he's still talking to his crew, with flashbacks of his crew slowly being corrupted ws he loses his mind. Omg so many possibilities!
