Never own an expensive knife before except multi tool and victorinox...got 940-3 in australia for first time when I hold in my hands it felt like out of world thing...omg magnacut ...shaved my both hands, cut vegetables sliced eggs ...prepared a meal...what a lovely feeling to have it in your palm...bonus can serve as only survival knife too...good spine at back to strike fire steel too... worried about omega spring ...this version has omega spring in burnt copper color...I am all over the place...moral of story ...I will give this knife to my son when I will die...such a keeper ...thanks benchmade lots of love...

Great looking knives. I have full size already. I will pick up the mini later. Got to have both. I've become a huge fan of the 945 after finally getting one this year. Perfect little EDC.

Good looking knife but I hate the open back things can get in the blade that way I just throw mine in my pocket and it rattles around with keys and change. Want a solid Backspacer that way nothing gets into it from rattling around in your pocket

The blade finish is very appealing. The copper scales might be a bit too 'fancy'. Is this the only option with that bkade for now? The magnacut steel with that iconic blade and the wash would look great with lots of other scale options IMO.

Thanks for sharing, I’ll definitely be getting the full size one for my first 940. Why does the mini have the outdoor and everyday on the box and the full size version only has everyday on it? I really appreciate everything you do for the knife community.

Best looking 940 blade from the collection. I choose Pokemon 940 burnt orange evolved.😅 I dig the burnt orange, it was my old motorcycle color.👍

Wish they didn't go with barrel spacers. It lost some of identity with back spacer.

I prefer the color of your Mini Presidio to this burnt copper 💥
The black battlewash blade would look good paired with the carbon fiber scales.
7:30 the Bailout is starting to look really interesting worn because of the texture of the milled Al—best I’ve seen so far.
I have a scale on the 535BK-4 that I can tell visually is milled thinner than the other side, kinda weird.
I think I would prefer the 940 to the 945 (although I’ve never held a 945), but if I really had to choose… I’d save a little more money and go for the 710 instead of either😂🤷‍♀️

Their new water line’s presentation is a nice touch.
But Benchmade’s packaging is far from the worst of the premium US makers—I think that award would go to Spartan. You get a simple corrugated cardboard box and a knife in a plastic bag—truly spartan.

Very beautiful knives! I have been wondering if the 940 had a closed back with a back spacer like the original. Disappointed to see it has an open back. I'm sure they have a spacer somewhere I could buy though. I was talking on your live stream earlier about the Bugouts. Mine was a tribute to for my dog who passed away a month ago so, I, had her name printed and a cross printed on it so, I, won't be selling it. I just, can't believe they cost 200+ bucks! I bought a satin CF Elite Presidio II that was 200 bucks too and it feels so much more durable and solid. I wanted a storm gray Bugout, but I'm passing on that now. Been trying to decide what 940 and what 945 I'm gonna get. I like this a LOT! I also love the standard green and satin too though lol. It's a bit of a conundrum! At some point I may just get both.

This Benchmade Osborne 940 in magnacut with its burnt copper anodized aluminum handles and a full battleworn treatment looks significantly better than the magnacut Spyderco Paramilitary 2 with its ugly looking milled black G10 handle and fully black coated blade👍
