The joke was how clean everything is over there. He didn't say Japan is better, he just said America is dirty. Be more precise with your words instead of just generalizing everything he said with what you want to hear.

Wow this is such a bad take and I’m not Kimmel fan at all. Compared to a lot of things going on here in our country, most of Japan has their shit together. Do they have issues and problems? Of course they do. They ain’t saints either. But being there and coming back to the bs here is a welcomed distraction.
