I'm 25 with a hairline similar to 2. Last week I went for the clean sides cut and though I'm still experimenting, I'm feeling more confident with new my cut. I'm beginning to mentally embrace the shaved/bald look too for the future; I even got a compliment from a friend saying I look good. I think shorter hair is better for us guys and if a beard is possible, use it.

Great video! Rocking a buzz or crew cut is the best decision I ever made. It was just far too much work to try and do the comb-over. Plus if you wear hats, tuques or helmets it makes life so much easier.

Make a video with many real examples of Norwood classification. 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 3 etc from celebrity guys.
Basically, I'm wondering what type I am.

I have a assymetric hairline ; on one side its like begining of nw2. And on other side its like end of nw2
I.e an assyemtirc v shape hairline
So i simply cannot afford to style my hair back
What i ususally do is grow them out long and expose my less receeded hairline and hide the more receeded one by keeping hair on that side

I prefer the look with hair down or to the side on front and I don't think it's about hiding.

Notice how all the people shown have a beard. A beard makes it much easier to compensate for a receiding hairline if everything is cut and trimmed clean. Without a beard it becomes much harder unfortunately.

I had a receding hairline 4 years ago at the age of 28 now I am 32 still the same receding hairline and thining at the front but my beard saves me since I am an arab I have a full beard I guess I will try 6:29 cut it looks good thanks brother but may I suggest try to ask for likes at nearly the end of the video. Let's be honest. Beard means a lot when one has receding hairline. Also the jawline and head shape in general. I'm somewhere at 2 on Norwood scale and I hope I wont go any further. Unfortunately little chance for a decent beard. A moustache and maybe goatie at best xD But at this point I prefer clean and smooth shave
