OVERWATCH - Mercy and Symmetra Buffs! IS THIS REAL LIFE?!

Blizzard are finally buffing Mercy and Symmetra...who would've thought! But will these changes actually make a difference?!

What do you think of these buffs? Good or bad?!
I can see that alot of people are angry that this Mercy nerf isn't great. However, i think we should be positive and be happy that the devs even acknowledge that Mercy requires a buff. This is a step in the right direction. Hopefully, the feedback that they get from this round of changes will lead to changes that Mercy actually needs.

For me, the Mercy buff is an insult. It's basically a half-arsed revert from their shit healing nerf from the last time they touched her.

IMO I feel like the mercy “buff” is like a small band aid for a huge gaping wound that requires genuine help. In other words, this “buff” is better than another nerf but I feel like mercy requires massive changes(probably a revert or rework) because the reason mercy is so powerful and difficult to balance is because rez is on e.

I'm really happy about getting Mercy's ult faster but I really want 60hps outside of valk... I hope this is the beginning of making Mercy good again!!

it is definitely a move in the right direction for mercy, but the ult charge change feels more like a fix for her healing nerf that made it take longer to get her ult.

as a mercy main i'm happy to see that she's been buffed, but it's also upsetting bc not much has changed. this is a step in the right direction tho so we should be thankful for that

This buff is borderline insulting, and nowhere near sufficient to allow Mercy to level the playing field in terms of impact. I will acknowledge it's a teeny tiny step in the right direction, but it's nowhere near enough.

If Blizzard intend to keep her like this, why not make the targets of her Dmg boost (and only the dmg boost) be immune to stuns for as long as the beam is on them (but NOT be able to act as a stun cleanse)? I keep hearing about the "control meta". Well, here's a way to shake things up (and break the game even more :D)!

Yeah, they hear us, but they still ignore most of what we say. They only change the heroes that will benefit them the most and not the players.

As sad as it sounds, this is not a buff for Mercy but instead a revert. The devs dont understand that Mercy is the most inconsistent and unreliable support.

It's a buff that actually just partially reverts the previous nerf. Her base healing will still suck, so it's not making me happy. 60hps valk wasn't exactly game changing before, so why should it be now?

Tbh if they’re going to make her healing better during valk they should’ve at least made it 65-70 healing instead of just 60 but hey at least she got buffed at all
