Wait - wasn't it a Ukrainian missile that hit the Russian missile which then crashed into the apartment building? Much the same as the two Poles killed when Ukraine fired into Poland. He claimed it was Russia for two days before being shown it couldn't have come from Russia. Also, the nuclear power plant, Zelenskyy insisted it was the Russians attacking. That statement stood unchallenged until the fact came out that Russia had occupied the plant within two days of the war starting. So, Russia could not have been doing the attacking.
