Your cultures (kefir, kombucha, sourdough, yogurts, kefir soda, and water kefir) are all living organisms and need to be cared for just like a pet. I love them like family, and have found ways to take care of them when I go on vacation. Tune in to learn more.

Dear Donna, I have been binge watching your podcasts during my holidays in France and now I can’t wait to go home ( Holland) and get started. I recognized your story about the grand-children 😜, I hope I will have some influence on them. Furthermore I know so many people who need the kefir including myself and my husband, we have no major health issues but we want to prevent them. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing ❤

Thank you for covering this. I was going to put off buying items until fall, but this helps.

Thanks for the info... with L.RUTERI can it be Freeze Dryed? I was told it could and so I just did that... just appreciate your thoughts.

I was a bit confused regarding taking the powered milk and grains out of the freezer? Do I rinse off the powered milk or just add water and make kefir from that? So, bottom line what do I do with the powered milk after taking the grains and the powered milk out of the freezer? Thank you
