One thing I can say....BJP never let AAP rule Delhi peacefully.
First they curtailed powers of elected govt and giving more powers to Lt. Governor even after Supreme Court opposed it.
With nearby BJP ruling states Haryana, UP they did non-cooperation to Delhi govt in water, pollution realated matters.
In the so called liquor scam, they turned ycp leader son-in-law as approv by agreement with prev ysrcp govt that they support the central bills in Parliament.
ED acted as they have personal grudge on AAP leaders as puppet of central government.

In this environment I can AAP govt didn't fail but central govt ensured that they won't let AAP rule Delhi.

We all know why he is resigning. Because of court’s bail conditions. Its useless for him to be in that seat as he cant sign any paper, he cant appoint or fire anyone, cant go to assembly etc. instead he will make a junior member of his party sit in the seat and do all corruption for him.
