There's always the villain that sorta pushes the universe to destruction in an attempt to stop said destruction.

To get a grip on how capable the Maker is, he once casually made some adjustments to a device made by the High Evolutionary, and with these adjustments he was able to use the device to merge every single universe in the multiverse into one big single universe (Marvel's multiverses are infinite). Even the High Evolutionary was shocked by what he was able to accomplish with his own tech. If you don't know, the High Evolutionary is the same guy who created an alternate Earth, genetically modified the Scarlet Witch to be more receptive to magic, and even created a being who had both Wanda and Pietro's powers combined, and more. He's one of the most advanced and smartest beings himself. Again, the Maker achieved this multiversal feat casually. He is also capable of creating and controlling black holes, which he used to destroy 72 alternate Earths during the incursions. He created a living, sentient city that obeys his commands, can fly and even teleport (yes, an entire city). He is one of, if not the smartest being in Marvel with the exception of gods and maybe Valeria Richards (main Reed Richards' daughter, who as a child has feats that makes her father look like he could use a couple classes from her).
