I'm studying a Diploma in ESL. In the meantime I relocated from South Africa, my homecountry, all the way to far East Asia, The Philippines. As a native English speaker this is all self explanatory and due to my 14yrs experience in corporate I can easily say that you hit the nail on the head with how boring and important small talk is in the workplace, because, our lives are boring in the end.
