I used 5" round latex balloons for this tutorial, along with a 18" foil balloon.

Hi:  Was wondering...  did you say bottom row has 3 pumps and the next row has 2 pumps??  Cause at the top for the last 2 quads you had 3 pumps then the top has 4 pumps.  Should the top and bottom be the same?  I probably just missed something.  Thanks..  I just love the centerpiece.  You do a wonderful job...
