Good morning Carol, I finally got time to sit & watch you craft. My husband had an overnight stay in hospital for a sleep study last night so I made myself comfy with Gaston my gorgeous cat, put you up on the Telly so I could watch you like a movie. Thankyou for a wonderful night. I loved how your envelope album turned out, so beautiful, I loved the papers that you used. That gift from France was lovely. I hope your throat is ok today hahaha. You have a wonderful week. 🐕🐨💙

I have to admit, this double feature took me a while to watch. It was worth every minute. Your journal turned out beautifully. You are quite blessed to have Emma as a friend who would send you such lovely papers. I still have trouble hoarding beautiful paper. To cut into it feels like I am destroying art. I know it's not. I'm just transforming the art into another piece of art, but I still have to talk myself into it. So, it's nice to see someone as brave as yourself who just dives right into the project. You give me courage.

I watched this off and on all night. I'd wake up and have to rewind, but started off wondering why anyone would want to make a junk journal, but woke to finish watching this morning wondering if I have enough pretty paper to make one of these. Lol sort of a photo album is what I have in mind. Soon as house warms up, I need to get started!

Someone, possibly you had mentioned tyvek some time ago, so I started looking on line for it, cost size etc. so in my online search I found that it is used as you stated in this video, that it is used in house building. When I got to searching online, I realized I have a whole roll of it out in my shed. My son had started replacing the siding on my home about 4 yrs ago, still has one side to finish, therefore I still have a large roll of the tyvek! Then I had bought a new bed, lol and behold, the mattress was wrapped in Tyvek! So I haven't needed to go raid the roll in the shop. . . . Yet! Lol

Oh my Carol I don't know how I missed this video. I enjoyed watching it. You did a wonderful job on it. I have never used eyelets. You made them so much fun to use the only thing is now I will have to get myself a hammer. Lol. Love Donna

Thought I’d die laughing when you took the hammer to the eyelet! Guess we have a bit more work to do! HaHa! Love this project! It is beautiful because of the paper but also because of your lovely work!
