Cervicogenic Vertigo w/ BPPV

Had an anterior cervical spinal fusion in 2007. My vertigo and diziness are usually accompanied by stiffness in the back of my neck and in my shoulders. I don't know what kind of veritgo I have.

I have cervical spondylosis and having dizziness all the time will this exercise help to come out....

Can cervical vertigo occur at a low level, affecting cognition more that making someone feel dizzy? I feel like I took some nyquil or cold medicine that is affecting thinking but I've ingested nothing. I feel odd when i have to turn my head to the side a long way (such as over my shoulder), this brings on some exacerbation of the mental fogginess. I felt alright until about a week ago when I turned my head to the side and actually heard something that seemed high in the neck make a little snap sound and I had these symptoms beginning later that day
