This guys has the mindset and the attributes to lead and ultimately win. Now what the owners need to do is get a coaching staff to develop Hurts as a quarterback.

U cannot give this man $50M dollars and not give home the tools and knowledge he needs to deliver on what he is being paid for.

The money is to keep him on the team but preparing him to win and lead the team requires a team around him that cares about his well being personally and professionally.

You can’t really blame him for the late season collapse. Brian Johnson failing to make any sort of adjustments to the play calling is the reason for the collapse.
